摘要
本文主要介绍了在青岛中试基地加氢实验室进行悬浮床加氢实验的相关情况和成果。实验过程表明:1.重油悬浮床加氢环流反应器结构简单,反应器内部气液混合状态和温度均匀,长时间运行避免了局部温度过高造成的结焦问题。2.重油悬浮床加氢选用的是自制的水溶性催化剂和油溶性催化剂,研究对比发现油溶性催化剂的转化率和生焦量均优于水溶性催化剂。3.在合理条件下,逐步增加环流反应器反应温度≮450℃,渣油的轻质化率有明显的提高。
This paper mainly introduces the relevant situation and results of the suspension bed hydrogenation experiment in the hydrogenation Laboratory of Qingdao pilot plant.The experimental process shows that:1.The structure of the heavy oil suspension bed hydrogenation loop reactor is simple,the gas-liquid mixing state and temperature in the reactor are uniform,and the coking problem caused by local high temperature is avoided during long-term operation.2.The self-made water-soluble catalyst and oil-soluble catalyst are selected for the heavy oil suspension bed hydrogenation.The results show that the conversion rate and coke production of oil-soluble catalyst are better than that of water-soluble catalyst.3.Under reasonable conditions,the reaction temperature of the loop reactor is increased to≮450℃,and the light-weight rate of residual oil is obviously increased.
