浅水水下井口装备与水下作业技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 渤海海域油气田开发受到用海矛盾的影响,大量的探明储量无法动用[1]。随着渤海油田提出稳产的发展规划,增储上产迫在眉睫。水下井口钻完井和开发技术是解决渤海受限区的有效手段[2]。笔者从浅水水下装备技术现状入手,对不同类型的浅水水下井口和采油树装备进行对比分析,并系统梳理不同作业形式的水下井口钻完井工艺和作业程序,从作业和设备两个方面计算了浅水水下井口钻采装备的综合成本。从作业安全便捷、节省投资、智能油田开发和未来市场前景等角度推荐了适合浅水海域特点的水下装备,可为后续渤海受限油气田和浅水海域油气田的开发和水下钻完井方案提供技术基础和参考。 The development of oil and gas fields in the Bohai Bay is affected by marine use conflicts,and a large amount of proven reserves cannot be effectively developed.With the development plan of stable production in Bohai Oilfields,it is extremely urgent to increase reserve and productivity.Subsea wellhead drilling&completion technology and development technology is an effective measure to solve the restricted area of the Bohai Bay.This paper starts with the current situation of shallow water subsea equipment technology,compares and analyzes different types of shallow water subsea wellheads and Xmas tree equipment.From operation and equipment aspect,the comprehensive cost of the shallow water subsea well drilling and production equipment are calculated.The shallow water subsea equipment suitable for the Bohai Bay is recommended from the perspectives of safe and convenient operation,investment saving,intelligent oilfield development and future market prospects.It can provide technical basis and reference for the development of restricted oil and gas fields in shallow water.
