乙烷炉对流段炉管泄漏失效分析

摘要 本文通过利用宏观检查、测厚检测、金相分析和电镜观察等手段对乙烷炉对流段下混合段炉管泄漏部位进行分析,找出腐蚀穿孔的机理。并采用FLUENT软件三维模拟计算流体在炉管内的流动状态,将模拟结果和实际结果相对比,从而验证分析的正确性。针对所得结论,提出下一步的防范措施和建议,对实现乙烷炉的长周期运行有重要的参考意义。 In this paper,by means of macro examination,thickness measurement,metallographic analysis and electron microscope observation,the leakage parts of the lower mixing section of the convection section of the ethane furnace are analyzed,and the mechanism of corrosion perforation is found out.In order to verify the correctness of the analysis,fluent software was used to simulate the flow state of the fluid in the furnace tube,and the simulation results were compared with the actual results.According to the conclusion,the next preventive measures and suggestions are put forward,which have important reference significance for the realization of long-term operation of ethane furnace.
