摘要 为全面提升医学生临床急诊实践能力,广州中医药大学第二临床医学院创立了“急救思维引导教学法”,通过案例式教学、情景模拟教学、跨学科并行式PBL教学、急救技能操作实训等教学方法,把临床诊治思路推前至课堂,将急诊疾病的诊断要点与急救处理有机地融为一体,反复临床情境再现对学生进行思路引导训练,以综合评价的方式对教学效果进行质量考评。实践证明该教学法对学生临床急诊实践能力的提升有非常大的创新意义。 In order to improve the clinical emergency practice ability of medical students in an all-round way,the Second Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has established the emergency thinking guidance teaching method.Through the teaching methods of case-based teaching,scene simulation teaching,interdisciplinary parallel PBL teaching,emergency skills operation training and so on,the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas are pushed forward to the classroom,and the diagnosis points and emergency treatment of emergency diseases are put forward.Organically integrated,repeated clinical situation reappearance to train students’thinking guidance,and to evaluate the quality of teaching effect in a comprehensive way.Practice has proved that this teaching method has great innovative significance in improving students’clinical emergency practice ability.
