Classroom supervision is an important part and method of teaching supervision,how to correctly use the teaching supervision system,evaluate the quality of teachers’teaching,and provide pertinent opinions and suggestions to the instructors,and provide decision-making reference for the school leaders and functional departments to improve the quality of teaching in the school.It is a question that the supervisor must consider and solve.This paper summarizes the situation of classroom supervision in the medical school,including the main objects,forms and contents of supervision,teachers’work attitude,teaching level and students’feedback results of lectures,and the results of supervision were reflected.
