医学院校课堂督查情况与反思

摘要 课堂督导是教学督导的一个重要环节和方法,如何正确利用教学督导制度,评估教师的教学质量,并给授课教师提出中肯的意见和建议,为学校领导及职能部门提供决策参考,从而提高学校的教学质量,是督导者必须思考和解决的问题。本文总结了所在医学院校的课堂督导情况,包括主要督导对象、督导形式,教师的工作态度、教学水平和学生听课反馈结果,并对督导结果进行了反思。 Classroom supervision is an important part and method of teaching supervision,how to correctly use the teaching supervision system,evaluate the quality of teachers’teaching,and provide pertinent opinions and suggestions to the instructors,and provide decision-making reference for the school leaders and functional departments to improve the quality of teaching in the school.It is a question that the supervisor must consider and solve.This paper summarizes the situation of classroom supervision in the medical school,including the main objects,forms and contents of supervision,teachers’work attitude,teaching level and students’feedback results of lectures,and the results of supervision were reflected.
