柳红芳教授应用当归贝母苦参丸治疗难治性尿路感染的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Liu Hongfang in the Treatment of Refractory Urinary Tract Infection with Danggui Beimu Kushen Pill

难治性尿感染中医称为顽固性淋证。临床以小便淋涩不畅、热涩疼痛、少腹拘急隐痛、反复迁延不愈为主要特点。多数医家认为其发生与足太阳膀胱经系统气化功能失常关系最为密切,而忽略了另外一个重要经络系统—手太阳小肠经系统。柳红芳教授把当归贝母苦参丸应用于难治性尿路感染中,认为难治性尿路感染的病因病机与足太阳膀胱湿热和手太阳小肠泌别清浊功能同时异常有关。应用当归贝母苦参丸加减治疗可以滋养阴血,祛除郁热,通调膀胱,可以取得较好疗效。
