桃红四物汤保留灌肠配合微波治疗肛隐窝炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Taohong Siwu Decoction and Retention Enema Combined with Microwave in the Treatment of Anal Cryptitis

目的观察桃红四物汤加味保留灌肠配合微波治疗肛隐窝炎的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月—2019年1月就诊的82例肛隐窝炎患者纳入研究,并用随机数字表法分成2组,对照组41例予以常规微波治疗;试验组41例在此基础上予以桃红四物汤加味保留灌肠。观察2组患者的临床疗效、症状评分及治疗满意度。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.1%,远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者症状评分均明显降低,且试验组症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加味保留灌肠配合微波治疗肛隐窝炎患者的疗效突出,能明显缓解患者的疼痛及其他不适症状,加快患者的康复,适合临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction and retention enema combined with microwave in the treatment of anal cryptitis.Methods 82 patients with anal cryptitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups by random data table.41 patients in the control group received conventional microwave therapy,and 41 patients in the experimental group were given aohong Siwu decoction and retention enema combined with microwave.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients were observed Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.1%,which was much higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower,and the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction and retention enema combined with microwave in the treatment of patients with anal cryptitis is outstanding.It can relieve the pain and other discomfort symptoms and accelerate the recovery of patients.It is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
