养肝滋肾方治疗多发性硬化临床观察

Clinical Observation on Nourishing Liver and Kidney Recipe in the Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis

目的观察自拟养肝滋肾方联合强的松片对多发性硬化患者的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机理。方法将45例患者按照随机数字表法,分为2组,对照组23例给予强的松常规治疗,观察组22例在对照组治疗的基础上加用养肝滋肾方治疗,疗程为1个月。结果治疗组有效率90%,对照组有效率68.1%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组EDSS评分、SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论养肝滋肾方能改善多发性硬化患者临床症状,提高生活质量,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made nourishing liver and kidney recipe combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of multiple sclerosis,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods 45 patients were divided into two groups according to random number method.23 patients in the control group were given prednisone routine treatment.22 patients in the observation group were treated with nourishing liver and kidney recipe on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 1 month.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the effective rate of the control group was 68.1%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the EDSS score and SF-36 score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The nourishing liver and kidney recipe can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with multiple sclerosis.
