中药灌肠联合热奄包治疗盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的分析中药灌肠联合热奄包治疗盆腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取接受治疗的盆腔炎患者55例,选取时间为2018年1月-2019年1月,将患者随机分为2组,即对照组(25例)、观察组(30例)。对照组行中药灌肠治疗,观察组行中药灌肠配合热奄包治疗,治疗结束后,对比2组治疗患者的治疗总有效率、症状积分以及不良反应发生率和疾病复发率。结果观察组患者接受中药灌肠配合热奄包治疗,其临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者接受中药灌肠配合热奄包治疗,其症状积分为(4.43±0.43)分,与对照组患者的症状积分对比,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患者接受中药灌肠配合热奄包治疗,其不良反应发生率为8.00%,疾病复发率为32.00%,与对照组患者的不良反应发生率和疾病复发率对比,差异显著,P<0.05。结论盆腔炎患者接受中药灌肠配合热奄包治疗,可以显著提升疾病的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,并且不良反应发生率以及疾病复发率较低,效果显著,可推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with fomentation package in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 55 cases in our hospital for treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group(25 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with fomentation package.After treatment,the total effective rate and symptom integral and the incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score was of the observation group was(4.43±0.43),which was significantly different from that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.00%and the recurrence rate of disease was 32.00%,which was significantly different from that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with fomentation package in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate is low,the effect is significant,and can be promoted.
