摘要
目的验证胶体金免疫层析法测定中药材中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的准确性。方法通过假阳性率/假阴性率实验、对100批次样品同时采用胶体金免疫层析法和高效液相法进行测定并比较结果。结论胶体金免疫层析法测定结果高符合率,无假阴性结果。结论该法适用于中药材中黄曲霉毒素B1的抽样现场快检筛查。
Objective To verify the accuracy of colloidal gold immunochromato-graphy in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 100 batches of samples were tested by colloidal gold immunochroma-tography and high performance liquid chromatography through false positive rate/false negative rate experiments and the results were compared.Results Colloidal gold immunochromatography has high coincidence rate and no false negative results.Conclusion This method is applicable to the spot rapid inspection and screening of aflatoxin B1 in Chinese herbal medicines.
