支气管扩张症中医证候研究现状

Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Bronchiectasis

支气管扩张症是呼吸系统常见病、多发病,临床以咳嗽、咳痰、时有咯血为主,属“肺痈”、“咯血”、“咳嗽”等范畴。中医药治疗可以有效改善临床症状、减少急性加重次数。通过整理支气管扩张症有关文献,对其中医证候分类进行探讨,迄今为止尚缺乏客观、规范的证候分类及辨证标准,限制了临床规范化治疗及疗效评价体系的建立,因此建立统一、规范的中医证候辨证标准具有重要意义。

Bronchiectasis is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the respiratory system.It is mainly caused by cough,cough,and hemoptysis.It belongs to the category of“lung sputum”,“hemoptysis”and“cough”.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the number of acute exacerbations.By sorting out the literature on bronchiectasis and discussing the classification of TCM syndromes,there is still no objective and standardized syndrome classification and syndrome differentiation standards,which limit the establishment of clinical standardized treatment and efficacy evaluation system,thus establishing a unified and standardized TCM syndrome differentiation standards are of great significance.
