中风(stroke)是一种严重危害人类健康和生命安全的常见的难治性疾病,为了系统探讨中风的分子生物学研究进展,总结近年来分子生物学领域治疗中风相关的临床实验和文献资料,从分子生物学、分子免疫学等方面研究中风的进展,在药物使用、分子机理、临床疗效等方面进行整理、分析及总结,展望分子生物学在中风疾病的应用以及未来研究前景。

Stroke is a common refractory disease that seriously endangers human health and life safety.In order to systematically explore the research progress of molecular biology of apoplexy,this paper summarizes the clinical experiments and literature related to the treatment of apoplexy in the field of molecular biology in recent years,studies the progress of apoplexy from molecular biology,molecular immunology and other aspects,collates,analyses and summarizes the drug use,molecular mechanism and clinical efficacy,and looks forward to the application of molecular biology in apoplexy diseases and future research prospects.
