卓越医师教育培养计划下的神经系统教学模式探讨--以遵义医学院为例

Discussion on the Teaching Mode of Nervous System under the Training Plan of Excellent Physician Education--Taking Zunyi Medical College as an Example

目的对遵义医学院“卓越医师教育培养计划”神经系统教育改革项目五年来实践探索效果进行总结、评价。方法通过整合基础医学与临床医学中神经系统相关教学内容进行整合,比较5年来卓越班学员成绩情况及与同时未改革的学员学期末考试成绩进行对比并进行统计学分析。结果卓越班学员成绩优于非卓越班学员成绩,两者比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论本次神经系统实践可以看出卓越班学员对本部分内容掌握情况较非卓越班的学员好,下一步将继续深化神经系统教学改革,培养更多的卓越医师。

Objective To summarize and evaluate the practical and exploratory effects of the neurological education reform project of“Excellent Physician Education Training Plan”in Zunyi Medical College in the past five years.Methods By integrated basic medicine and clinical medicine relevant parts of the nervous system of teach reform for teach these students,the results of the students in the reform class with those of the students who haven’t reformed for the past five years was compared and statistical analysis was performed.Results Excellent medical education class scores are better than non-excellent medical education class scores(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The practice of the excellent medical education class can be seen in this part of the students to grasp the situation better than that non-excellent medical education class,the next step will continue to deepen the reform of the teaching of the nervous system,train more excellent neurology physician.
