摘要
干法腈纶生产过程中,聚丙烯腈纺丝原液的流变性能对原液的可纺性、纺丝稳定性具有重要的意义。文章主要从原液流变行为、剪切速率、流动指数3个方面对原液的流变性能进行了讨论,对纺丝生产提出建议。
In the production of acrylic fiber with dry spinning method,the spinnability and spinning stability were significantly affected by rheological property of the polyacrylonitrile original solution.The rheological property of the original solution was discussed from three aspects such as rheological behavior,shearing rate and flow index,and suggestions for spinning production were put forward.
