基于HYSYS的脱戊烷塔回流罐罐顶轻烃吸收方案对比 被引量:1

摘要 由于连续重整装置脱戊烷塔回流罐罐顶轻烃中含有丙烷、丁烷和少量C+5组分,通过不同吸收流程回收均可提高企业经济效益。利用HYSYS软件对连续重整脱戊烷塔回流罐罐顶轻烃的不同吸收方案进行模拟并进行测算分析,提出连续重整脱戊烷塔回流罐罐顶轻烃最优吸收方案。基于该模型,通过优化方案对比,采用脱戊烷塔回流罐罐顶轻烃先经液化气吸收罐吸收后进再接触一段的吸收方案,与不对其轻烃组分进行回收的方案对比,每年可多产氢气159.6 t,少产脱戊烷油2503.2 t,多回收戊烷油(液化气)3234 t,少产燃料气1083.6 t,负荷增加794782.8 kW,每年可增效252.07万元。 Owing to propane,butane and a small amount of C+5 components contained in the light hydrocarbon at top of the reflux tank for depentane tower in the continuous reforming unit,economic benefits of the enterprise could be improved by different absorption flow to recovery of these light hydrocarbon components.Simulation and calculation analysis of the different absorption scheme for the light hydrocarbon at top of the reflux tank for depentane tower in the continuous reforming unit were made by HYSYS software,and the optimal adsorption scheme was put forth.Based on the model,contrasted with the no recovery of the light hydrocarbon scheme,the absorption scheme of the front absorption by the liquid gas absorption tank and the post absorption by a part of the contact tank achieved that production increasement of hydrogen was 159.6 t,production reduction of depentane was 2503.2 t,recovery increasement of pentane oil(liquid gas)was 3234 t,production reduction of fuel gas was 1083.6 t every year.The load of the unit was increased by 794782.8 kW,and the economic benefit was raised by 2.5207 million yuan yearly.
