摘要
中国石化齐鲁分公司塑料厂1#HDPE装置在国内首次利用深冷分离技术,通过透平膨胀机膨胀及节流阀膨胀致冷,对流化床聚乙烯装置工艺尾气中的低聚物、己烯、乙烯分段液化,进而分离获得高纯度的己烯、乙烯和氮气,实现了对聚乙烯尾气中物料的回收利用,降低了装置的能耗物耗,节约了产品成本,提升了市场竞争力。
Cryogenic separation technology was first used in the No.1 HDPE plant in the Plastics Complex of Qilu Branch Company in China.Through the expansion of the turbine expander and the expansion cooling of the throttle valve,the oligomer,hexene and ethylene in the process tail gas of the fluidized bed for production of polyethylene were liquefied in sections,and then were sparated into high purity hexene,ethylene and nitrogen.The recovery and utilization of materials in the tail gas from the production of polyethylene were realized.The energy and material consumption of the plant was reduced,the product cost was saved,and the market competitiveness was improved.
