糖尿病与肿瘤发生风险的关系及可能机制

The Relationship between Diabetes and the Risk of Tumorigenesis and Possible Mechanisms

糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)和恶性肿瘤是两大严重影响人类健康的疾病。DM与恶性肿瘤的共同发病因素可能有性别、年龄、超重与肥胖、饮食、体育锻炼、吸烟及饮酒等。DM引起恶性肿瘤发生的可能危险因素有高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症、肥胖和慢性炎症等。随着生活环境及生活方式等的转变其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。而且在DM人群中恶性肿瘤的发生率远高于非糖尿病人群。本文主要综述引起糖尿病与肿瘤的共同危险因素以及糖尿病与恶性肿瘤的相关性。

Diabetes mellitus and malignant tumor are the two diseases that seriously affect human health.The common risk factors of diabetes mellitus and malignancies may be gender,age,overweight and obesity,diet,physical exercise,smoking and drinking.The possible risk factors of malignant tumors by diabetes mellitus include hyperglycemia,insulin resistance,hyperinsulinemia,obesity and chronic inflammation.With the transformation of living environment and lifestyle,the incidence is increasing year by year.Moreover,the incidence of malignancies in diabetes mellitus is much higher than that in non-diabetic population.This article is mainly about the common risk factors of diabetes and cancer,and the correlation between diabetes and tumor.
