高校人才培养内涵式发展的理念变迁和实践探究——基于长三角教育一体化视角 被引量:4

摘要 为提升国家软实力与国际竞争力,国家提出长三角一体化发展规划,该区域的教育发展自然是规划中重要的内容之一,对该区域的发展是机遇也是挑战。受制于苏浙沪皖“三省一市”之间行政壁垒与现有一体化机制缺陷,高校的人才培养还面临着诸多困境。文章从宏观层面分析长三角教育一体化视角下高校人才培养面临的环境变化,提出要注重更新理念,促进区域内教育资源的自由流动,提出在人才培养实践中紧抓长三角教育一体化契机,推动区域内教育联动发展,积极建设产业联盟,强化“双师型”师资队伍,走内涵式发展道路,从而培养高水平的创新型、应用型人才。 The integrated development of education in the Yangtze River Delta places new requirements on the art design education in universities in the region.However,due to the administrative barriers between the“three provinces and one city”of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui and the defects of the existing integration mechanism,the training of art design talent Facing opportunities and challenges.In the face of this problem,not only the overall planning at the macro level,but also the promotion of the free flow of educational resources in the region,has become the development trend of regional talent training.Therefore,we must seize the opportunity to integrate education in the Yangtze River Delta,promote the joint development of education in the region,actively build an industrial alliance,strengthen the“dual teacher”faculty,and train highly skilled art design talents.
