摘要
热处理工艺的选择决定了气瓶的材料性能及使用性能。7060铝合金强度很高,应用于铝合金无缝气瓶表现为疲劳性能较差。经过工艺筛选,可以制定一种既满足气瓶疲劳性能要求且强度较高的热处理工艺,以满足生产需要。经过疲劳试验结果对比,通过过时效工艺将铝瓶的强度控制在极限强度的80%可以满足气瓶的疲劳性能要求,且三级过时效工艺优于双级过时效工艺。
The selection of heat treatment process determines the material performance and service performance of gas cylinders.The strength of 7060 aluminum alloy is very high,and its application in seamless gas cylinder shows poor fatigue performance.After the process screening,a heat treatment process which meets the fatigue performance requirements of gas cylinders and high strength can be established to meet the production needs.Through the comparison of fatigue test results,the strength of aluminum bottle can be controlled at 80%of the ultimate strength by over-aging process,and the three-stage over-aging process is better than the two-stage over-aging process.
