摘要
本文探讨了Er∶YAG激光联合布地奈德喷雾剂对男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的疗效。将90例OSAHS患者随机分为对照组(布地奈德喷雾剂治疗,n=45)及观察组(Er∶YAG激光联合布地奈德喷雾剂治疗,n=45),比较两组治疗前后呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、呼吸暂停时间、夜间最低SpO 2及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、肺泡表面活性蛋白-A(SP-A)、肺泡表面活性蛋白-D(SP-D)、总睾酮(TT)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的差异。结果显示,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,AHI、最长呼吸暂停时间及IL-6、TNF-α、NF-κB、SP-A、SP-D血清水平均下降(P<0.05),夜间最低SpO 2及血清TT、LH、FSH水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。本研究证明,Er∶YAG激光联合布地奈德喷雾剂治疗轻度OSAHS的效果优于布地奈德喷雾剂单用,不仅能够改善临床症状,还有助于性激素恢复和炎性反应的改善。
This paper intends to investigate the effect of Er∶YAG laser combined with Budesonide spray on male obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).90 male patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into control group(Budesonide spray treatment,n=45)and observation group(Er∶YAG laser combined with Budesonide spray treatment,n=45).The differences in apnea hypopnea index(AHI),apnea time,the lowest nighttime SpO 2 and interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),alveolar surface active protein-A(SP-A),alveolar surface active protein-D(SP-D),total testosterone(TT),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the AHI,maximum apnea time,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,NF-κB,SP-A,SP-D in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the lowest nighttime SpO 2,the serum levels of TT,LH and FSH in two groups increased significantly(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results indicate that Er:YAG laser combined with Budesonide spray is more effective than Budesonide spray alone in the treatment of mild OSAHS,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also conduce to recovery of sex hormones and improvement of inflammatory response of the patients.
