公安院校校局合作协同育人的新路径--以“校局合作、系局对接、室队一体”为视角

A New path of School-Bureau Cooperation and Cooperative Education Among the Public Security Colleges and Universities--From the Perspective of“School Bureau Cooperation,Department Docking,Room Team Integration”

“校局合作、系局对接、室队一体”是公安院校高素质应用型警务人才培养的必由之路。在此理念指导下,河南警察学院的校局合作模式主要包括“一个核心”“两个基地”“三方主体”“四种模式”。以经侦专业为例,针对校局合作中存在的双向交流欠缺、合作不深入、配套机制不健全等问题,提出换岗对调、双向交流,对口实习、精准练战、明确责任、重在激励,建章立制、常态长效的完善构想,以期切实发挥协同育人机制的作用和成效。

The only way to cultivate the high-quality application-oriented police personnel in public security colleges is to integrate the cooperation between school and bureau,department and team.Under the guidance of this concept,the cooperation mode of Henan Police College mainly including"one core","two bases","three-party main body"and"four forms".Taking the economic investigation major as an example,in view of the problems existing in the cooperation between school and bureau,such as the lack of two-way communication,the lack of superficial cooperation,and the unsound supporting mechanism,the author puts forward the perfect conception of exchange of posts,two-way exchanges,counterpart practice,precise training,clear responsibility,emphasis on incentives,establishment of rules and regulations,and normal and long-term effect in order to give full play the role and effectiveness of collaborative education mechanisms.
