Research on Practical Path of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Three Aspects of Education--Taking Z Vocational College as the Research Object

“三全育人”理念是新时代高校思想政治教育面临的重要课题,引领医药特色高校育人工作的实施。本文遵循“三全育人”内涵,以Z职业学院为研究对象,探索高职院校思想政治教育的实践路径,落实保障机制,有效推进“三全育人”实施。对医药职业院校的“三全育人”工作提出以固本和求新,以培育特殊行业的技能人才。

The concept of“three aspects of education”is an important topic of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,which leads the implementation of education work in colleges and universities with medical characteristics.This paper follows the connotation of“three aspects of education”,taking Z Vocational College as the research object,explores the practical path of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,implements the guarantee mechanism,and effectively promotes the implementation of“three aspects of education”.This paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the foundation and seeking the new in the work of“three aspects of education”in medical vocational colleges in order to cultivate talents with special skills.
