摘要
针对主观赋权法过于依赖主观经验,客观赋权法由于数据有限可能偏离实际情况的问题,为提高雷达装备保障性评估指标权重的科学性,针对现有属性层次模型(AHM)和粗糙集(RS)赋权法的不足,改进了AHM和RS赋权法,运用离差最大化思想将主客观两种赋权法进行组合处理,提出了改进的AHM-RS综合赋权法,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In view of the subjective weighting method relies too heavily on subjective experience,while objective weighting method may deviate from the actual situation due to limited data.In order to improve the scientificity of radar equipment supportability evaluation index weight,AHM and RS weighting methods are improved to address the shortcomings of existing Attribute Hierarchy Model(AHM)and Rough Set(RS)weighting methods.And based on maximizing deviations principle,an improved AHM-RS synthetic weighting method is proposed by combining subjective and objective weighting methods.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method is proved through an example calculation.
