PFNA内固定与半髋关节置换术治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果对比

Comparison of PFNA Internal Fixation and Hemiarthroplasty in Treatment of Elderly Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的观察对比老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定法与半髋关节置换术的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月北京市丰台区南苑医院收治的60例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,各30例。常规组采用半髋关节置换术,研究组采用PFNA内固定法来进行医治操作,比较2组相关临床指标及术后并发症。结果研究组手术时间、手术的出血量、术后引流量各项指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);常规组术后并发症发生率23.53%,高于研究组5.88%(P<0.05)。结论使用PFNA内固定手术治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折,能够获得更好的临床医治成效。

Objective To observe and compare the effect of PFNA internal fixation and hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods Sixty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Nanyuan Hospital of Fengtai District,Beijing from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomLy divided into the routine group and the study group with 30 cases each.The routine group was treated with hemiarthroplasty,and the study group was treated with PFNA internal fixation.Results The operation time,bleeding volume and drainage volume in the study group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 23.53%,higher than that in the study group 5.88%(P<0.05).Conclusion Using PFNA internal fixation to treat the elderly intertrochanteric fracture of femur can get better clinical effect.
