百癣夏塔热片联合阿达帕林凝胶配合红蓝光治疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets plus Adapalene Gel Combined with Red and Blue Light in the Treatment of Acne Rosacea

目的观察百癣夏塔热片联合阿达帕林凝胶配合红蓝光治疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月独山县人民医院收治的玫瑰痤疮患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各24例。对照组采用口服百癣夏塔热片与外用阿达帕林凝胶治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合红蓝光进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较2组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(95.83%vs.66.67%,P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用百癣夏塔热片联合阿达帕林凝胶配合红蓝光治疗玫瑰痤疮,能够有效提升临床治疗效果且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets plus Adapalene Gel combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne rosacea.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,Totally 48 patients with acne rosacea admitted to Dushan County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and study group,24 cases per group.The control group was given oral treatment of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets and external use of Adapalene Gel,and the study group was treated with red and blue light on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.83%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets plus Adapalene Gel combined with red and blue light for patients with acne rosacea can effectively improve the clinical effect with a high safety.
