胰岛素泵与皮下注射胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果及不良反应比较

Comparison of Effect and Adverse Reaction of Insulin Pump and Subcutaneous Injection of Insulin in Treating Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的比较胰岛素泵与皮下注射胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者治疗的效果以及不良反应。方法选取肥城矿业中心医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的200例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分组,每组100例。对照组给予皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组给予胰岛素泵治疗。比较2组患者血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖和酮症酸中毒发生率。结果观察组的血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖和酮症酸中毒发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者中应用效果确切,利于促进血糖水平达标,减少胰岛素用量,且能减少不良反应发生。

Objective To compare the effect and adverse reactions of insulin pump and subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,totally 200 patients with T2DM admitted to Feicheng Mining Center Hospital were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment methods,100 cases per group.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of insulin,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump.The time of blood glucose reaching the standard,insulin dosage,and the incidences of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis were compared between the two groups.Results The time of blood glucose reaching the standard,insulin dosage,and the incidences of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump in patients with T2DM was effective,which can promote the blood glucose level to reach the standard,reduce the dosage of insulin,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
