天露黑鸡不同周龄蛋品质变化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为明确黄羽肉种鸡蛋品质变化规律及蛋品质性状的相关性,试验对天露黑鸡父母代肉种鸡不同周龄种蛋进行测定和分析。结果表明,天露黑鸡父母代肉种鸡除蛋黄颜色外,其他指标均受周龄显著影响,蛋重和蛋壳重随着周龄增加而增加;蛋壳比例、哈氏单位随着周龄增加而下降;蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度随着周龄增加先增加后下降。蛋重与蛋壳比例、哈氏单位呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。天露黑鸡父母代肉种鸡蛋品质多项指标受到周龄显著影响,在生产中可根据蛋品质变化规律,加强种蛋挑选,提升种蛋的孵化性能。 In order to clarify the variation law of egg quality and the correlation of egg quality traits in Chinese yellow-feather broiler breeders,the egg quality of Tianlu black parental broiler-type chickens was determined in different age.The results showed that all traits were significantly affected age except the yolk color.The egg weight,yolk weight and shell weight were increased with age,while the shell ratio and Hangh unit decreased with age.The yolk ratio,eggshell strength and eggshell thickness were increased and then decreased with age.There was a significant positive correlation between egg weight and yolk weight ratio(P<0.05).The egg weight was negatively correlated with egg shell ratio and Hahn's unit(P<0.01).There was an extremely significant positive correlation between eggshell strength and eggshell thickness(P<0.01).The study suggested that the egg quality of Tianlu black parental broiler-type chickens were significantly affected by week age according to the change of egg quality,the selection of breeding eggs can be strengthened,and the hatching performance of breeding eggs can be improved.
