目前对畜禽产品的需求不断增加,促进规模化畜牧养殖产业的发展。在畜禽产品生产中,影响质量的安全因素多种多样,如果不能妥善解决不利的影响因素,将会对畜禽产品质量安全造成一定影响。该文主要论述畜产品质量安全的影响因素及对策。

At present,the increasing demand for livestock and poultry products promotes the development of large-scale livestock breeding industry.In the production of livestock and poultry products,the factors affecting the quality of safety are various.If the adverse factors can not be properly solved,the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products will be affected.This paper mainly discusses the factors affecting the quality and safety of animal products and the countermeasures.
