猪链球菌病是由多种致病性链球菌感染引起的一种人畜共患病,致病原主要为C、D、F及L群链球菌,常见临床化脓性淋巴结炎、败血症、脑膜炎及关节炎等。其中猪链球菌2型可感染人,导致脑膜炎、败血症和心内膜炎,严重的可导致人死亡。猪链球菌临床症状与猪瘟有类似之处,特别是淋巴结病变易诱管理人员诊断失误。该文主要论述猪链球菌的流行病学、临床症状、剖检病变及防治措施,以有效降低该病的发病率与死亡率,提高养殖经济效益。

Streptococcus suis is a kind of zoonosis caused by a variety of pathogenic streptococcus infections.The main pathogens are Group C,D,F and L,common Clinical suppurative lymphadenitis,septicemia,meningitis and arthritis.Streptococcus suis 2 can infect people,causing meningitis,septicemia and endocarditis,and in severe cases can lead to death.Clinical symptoms of Streptococcus Suis are similar to that of classical swine fever,especially lymphadenopathy.This paper mainly discusses the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes and preventive measures of Streptococcus Suis in order to effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality of the disease and improve the economic benefits of breeding.
