Infectious bursal disease is a common highly infectious viral disease in poultry industry.The clinical manifestations of sick chickens were muscle tremor,weakness,diarrhea and dehydration.The morbidity and mortality of the disease are high and the course of disease is short.The disease causes massive destruction of the B lymphocyte in the bursa of fabricius in chickens,causing immunosuppression,lowering the chicken's immunity and resistance,and accelerating the spread of other diseases.This article mainly discusses the pathogen,clinical symptoms,pathological characteristics,treatment and control of infectious bursa of fabricius in order to reduce the incidence of the disease and maximize the benefits of chicken industry.
