畜牧兽医行政执法存在问题及改进措施

Problems and Improving Measures of Administrative Law Enforcement of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine

畜牧兽医在促进我国畜牧产业健康、长久发展中发挥重要作用,畜牧兽医不仅要落实常规的动物防疫、检疫与技术推广工作,还需开展行政执法工作,使畜牧产业持续发展获得更坚实保障。但目前畜牧兽医行政执法整体情况并不乐观,该文主要论述行政执法中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。

Animal husbandry and veterinary medicine plays an important role in promoting the healthy and long-term development of China's animal husbandry industry.Animal husbandry and veterinary medicine should not only carry out the routine work of animal epidemic prevention,quarantine and technology promotion,but also carry out the work of administrative law enforcement,to ensure the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry.However,the overall situation of animal husbandry and veterinary administrative law enforcement is not optimistic.This paper mainly discusses the problems in administrative law enforcement and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
