Establishment and Improvement of Working Mechanism of Grass-roots Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine

基层畜牧兽医工作在我国畜牧业中占举足轻重的地位,可促进我国畜牧业蓬勃发展,为我国经济发展出力。因此,建立与完善基层畜牧兽医工作运转机制至关重要,与推动基层畜牧业的发展与改革有重大关系。该文主要论述基层畜牧兽医在日常工作运转中存在的问题,并提出完善基层畜牧兽医工作运转机制的合理措施。

Grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary work plays a pivotal role in China's animal husbandry,which can promote the vigorous development of China's animal husbandry and contribute to China's economic development.Therefore,it is very important to establish and improve the working mechanism of grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary,and to promote the development and reform of grass-roots animal husbandry.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the daily work of grass-roots animal veterinarians,and puts forward some reasonable measures to improve the working mechanism of grass-roots animal veterinarians.
