摘要
牛肉由于营养价值高且口感极佳,因此深受广大民众的喜爱,是我国主要的食材之一。肉牛生态养殖具有很高的经济效益,因此,近年肉牛生态养殖业逐渐发展。该文主要论述肉牛生态育种中存在的问题及生态养殖措施。
Beef is one of the main ingredients in China because of its high nutritional value and excellent taste.Beef cattle ecological breeding has high economic benefits,therefore,in recent years beef cattle ecological breeding industry gradually developed.This paper mainly discusses the problems in the ecological breeding of beef cattle and the ecological breeding measures.
