扒谷作业数值模拟及优化

摘要 为保证扒谷作业的输送效率同时降低粮食的破碎率,选用RNG k-ε模式的湍流模型,采用滑移网格技术,应用流体软件FLUENT仿真分析粮食颗粒在绞龙机构中的动力学规律,研究扒谷机工作过程中,绞龙机构螺距、外径及转速对粮食运动速度、应力及破碎率的影响,结合输送量和消耗功率的理论公式,建立了基于三因素的绞龙机构性能分析模型,为扒谷机的设计和性能评价提供了理论参考。根据该模型对扒谷机的绞龙机构进行了结构及性能优化,实测验证了优化效果。 In order to ensure the efficiency of grain transport and reduce the grain broken rate during the operation of the grain scraper,the turbulence model of RNG k-εmodel and the sliding mesh technology were used to analyze the dynamics law of grain particles in the screw mechanism by fluid software FLUENT.Three factors(pitch,outside diameter and rotation speed)are studied to research the impact on the velocity of grain movement,the stress affected and the grain broken rate during the working process of the screw mechanism.Combined with the theoretical formula of the transport and power consumption,the performance analysis model of the screw mechanism is established based on the three factors,which provides a theoretical reference for the design and performance evaluation of the grain scraper.According to the model,the structure and performance optimization of the screw mechanism of grain scraper are carried out,and the optimization effect are verified by measurement.
