摘要
通过电机电流信号的分析与处理,对作用于转子系统的两种正弦载荷的线性叠加载荷进行定性与定量识别,提出了以下识别方法:采用小波分析方式对信号进行降噪处理,对载荷进行定性识别;采用希尔伯特模量法、快速傅里叶变换(FFT)滤波以及支持向量机(SVM)方式,在电机电流信号中获取两种正弦信号的频率与幅值,对两个正弦线性叠加后的叠加载荷进行定量识别。运用转子系统试验台,进行叠加正弦载荷定性与定量识别的试验,验证了识别方法的可行性以及识别准确性。
Through the analysis and processing of the motor current signal,the linear superposed load of two sinusoidal loads acting on the rotor system is qualitatively and quantitatively identified.The following identification methods are proposed:The signal is denoised by wavelet denoising,and the load can be qualitatively identified;Then the paper uses Hilbert modulus,fast Fourier transform(FFT),and support vector machine(SVM)methods to obtain the frequency and amplitude of the two sinusoidal signals from the motor current signal,and the superposed load acting on the rotor system can be quantitatively identified.The qualitative and quantitative identification of the superposed load is experimented through the constructed rotor system experiment bench.The results verified the feasibility and accuracy of the identification method.
