盾构施工缺陷管片拆除作业台车研究

Research on the Demolition Operation Trolley of Shield Construction Defective Segments

为了解决地铁施工中,成环管片轴线偏离设计轴线严重超差或失圆而拆除时,采取人工原始的作业方式配合简单施工机具的作业方式,存在拆除工作量大、效率低、安全风险高、时间长等问题。在对一些管片拆除案例所用机具研究的基础上,借鉴盾构机作业时对管片拼装、调运、喂送工作原理,确定作业台车总体设计原则,构建专用台架布置顶部、侧部、底部管片拆除装置,并对其结构原理、参数、特点、安全性进行了研究,设计出了一种针对盾构施工缺陷管片拆除作业台车。研究表明:与人工配合简单施工机具的作业方式相比可以起到安全、省力、快速拆除管片的效果。

In order to solve the problem of the subway construction,when the axis of the loop piece is deviated from the design axis and is completely out of tolerance or out of round,the manual operation mode is adopted to match the operation mode of the simple construction machine,there are problems such as heavy workload,low efficiency,high safety risk and long time in the process of demolishing.On the basis of research on the tools used in some cases of dismantling of the segments,the working principle of assembling,transporting and feeding the segments during the operation of the shield machine was used to determine the overall design principle of the working trolley,and the top,side and bottom segment removal devices of the special gantry layout were constructed,and their structural principles,parameters,characteristics and safety were studied.A trolley for the removal of the defective segments of the shield construction was designed.The research shows that it can safely,labor-saving and quickly remove the loop piece compared with the manual operation mode of the simple construction machine.
