摘要
针对离散制造机加车间数控加工中心故障维修响应滞后,制约设备能力发挥的问题,进行三维可视化监控系统研究。系统基于OpenTK图形接口库和Visual Studio编程软件进行开发,突破二次误差作为度量代价的模型减面技术和动态扩充线程的实时数据驱动技术,解决现有可视化监控3D场景占用资源多和系统大数据量并发时系统卡顿的问题,实现了车间设备状态的三维实时监控和故障快速定位。通过将系统在某离散工厂关键工序机加车间进行部署应用,实现了设备状态秒级监控和故障快速定位,设备故障维修响应时间在系统部署前基础上缩短70%。
Focus on the repair response delay of the fault of the discrete manufacturing machine shop’s CNC machine,and the problem of restricting the ability of the machine,study on a 3D visual monitoring system.The system is developed based on the OpenTK graphics interface library and Visual Studio programming software.It breaks through the quadratic error as the cost-reduction model reduction technology and the dynamic expansion thread real-time data-driven technology,solve the 3D software waste computer resource and the stutter phenomenon of big amount of data driven probelm,achieve the 3D real-time monitoring and fault location of the workshop equipment state.By deploying the system in a critical process machining shop,achieve the status of the machine monitoring in seconds and machine faults located quickly.The response time of machine fault repair is reduced by 70%compare to the time before the system’s deployment.
