摘要
摆杆输送机是新型的机械化输送设备,主要用于汽车涂装线的前处理及电泳工艺,基于轿车涂装车间前处理输送系统项目。该项目应用了高度体现机电一体化现代技术的物流输送系统即摆杆输送系统,文章简要介绍了摆杆输送系统原理,结构及ACE仿真流程。通过公司成功案例进一步解析了摆杆输送机在各种工况下链条所需的驱动力,电机驱动所需最大功率,链条间的作用力,摆杆输送机最大受力点,最大应力,最大变形量,对设备的结构进行优化设计,保证了设备的制造强度,刚度。该项目经验对机械化输送领域类似设备问题的解决有较高的实际指导意义及应用参考价值。
Pendulum conveyor is a new type of mechanical conveying equipment,which is mainly used for pretreatment and electrophoresis process of automobile coating line.This paper is based on the pretreatment conveying system project of car coating workshop.In this project,the logistics transportation system that highly embodies the modern technology of mechatronics,i.e.Pendulum conveyor system,is applied.The principle,structure and ACE simulation flow of Pendulum conveyor system are briefly introduced.Through the successful cases of the company,it further analyzes the driving force required by the chain of the Pendulum conveyor under various working conditions,the maximum power required by the motor drive,the force between the chains,the maximum stress point,the maximum stress and the maximum deformation of the Pendulum conveyor,and optimizes the structure of the equipment to ensure the manufacturing strength and rigidity of the equipment.The experience of this project has a high practical guiding significance and application reference value for solving similar equipment problems in the field of mechanized transportation.
