摘要
针对目前物体定位与尺寸测量在工业中的突出作用以及市场对这方面的技术封锁的问题,基于MATLAB设计了一套自动定位和测量的轴类零件系统。首先,进行机器视觉平台的搭建以及硬件选型,并通过MATLAB软件对CCD相机进行标定,得到相机的内外参数,然后对算法进行了详细地介绍,最后完成MATLAB GUI界面的设计。最后,实验结果表明,依据提出的方法,姿态角误差小于0.1°,平均质心定位误差为0.1mm,平均尺寸误差为0.2mm,验证了自主开发算法的有效性且可以满足工业应用要求。
Aiming at the prominent role of object location and size measurement in industrial and market technology blockade of this problem,based on MATLAB to design a set of automatic positioning and measuring system of shaft parts.First of all,for the construction of the machine vision platform and hardware selection,and through the MATLAB software was carried out on the CCD camera calibration,internal and external parameters of camera can be obtained,then the algorithm is introduced in detail,finally complete the MATLAB GUI interface design.Finally,the experimental results show that,on the basis of the proposed method,the attitude Angle error is less than 0.1°,the average mass center position error is 0.1mm,the error of average size is 0.2mm,to verify the effectiveness of the developed algorithm and can meet the requirements of industrial application.
