服务柔性对零售企业经营绩效的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 进入21世纪以来,我国零售企业快速发展,零售业销售额持续增长,但与此同时,市场和经营环境的变化带来了许多不确定因素。在此背景下,零售企业为了保持自身竞争力,继续提升自身经营绩效水平,需要考虑提升自身的服务柔性。鉴于此,本文实证分析了我国零售企业的服务柔性与企业经营绩效之间的互动关系,旨在引导零售企业加强服务柔性,进而促进经营绩效的提升。结果表明:从整体角度分析,企业服务柔性的提高对于零售企业经营绩效提升具有促进作用;从不同维度分析,零售企业的服务战略柔性、服务传递柔性、服务组织柔性和服务对象柔性这四个维度对零售企业经营绩效的提升同样具有促进作用。
