Practical Exploration of Recruiting Party Members from High-Knowledge Groups in Foreign Language Universities

为全面落实立德树人的根本任务,外语院校发展高知识群体党员应完善“一个数据库”,坚持“两个制度”,做好“三个培养工程”工作,激励高知识群体积极向党组织靠拢,发挥其在政治上、思想上和业务上的表率作用。

In order to fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents with high morals,foreign language universities should recruiting Party members of high-knowledge groups by making use of“one database”,adhering to the“two systems”and doing a good job of“three training projects”to inspire them to actively move closer to the Party organization and give full play to their model role in politics,ideology and business.
