基于Logistic模型的大学生创业意愿影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of College Students’Entrepreneurial Intention Based on Logistic Model

基于芜湖市7所高校600名大学生的创业意愿调查数据,运用Logistic模型,从个体特征、创业自我认知特征、家庭环境、学校环境四个维度对创业意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现,创业兴趣、创业活动、家庭支持、创业教育形式和创新创业氛围对创业意愿正向显著,性别、性格、生源地、年级、创业政策认知程度、亲朋好友创业、创业教育次数等因素与创业意愿不相关,为此提出提升大学生创业意愿的对策建议。

Based on the survey data of 600 college students’entrepreneurial intention in seven universities in Wuhu City,logistic model was used to make an empirical analysis of factors influencing entrepreneurial intention from four dimensions:individual characteristics,entrepreneurial self-cognition characteristics,family environment and school environment.The study found that entrepreneurial interest,entrepreneurial activities,family support,entrepreneurial education forms and innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere are significantly positive to entrepreneurial intention.Factors such as gender,personality,place of origin,grade,degree of cognition of entrepreneurship policy,number of times of entrepreneurship education and so on have nothing to do with the entrepreneurial intention.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve college students’entrepreneurial willingness.
