摘要
人工智能技术与我国立法、司法、执法和法律服务活动的结合,带来了法律行业的变局。随着人工智能的应用向纵深发展,以培养法治人才为己任的法学教育,应当及时应对法治实务中的机遇和挑战。人工智能时代,法治人才的核心竞争力在于逻辑性思维、创造性思维和法感情识别。法治人才的培养目标需要注重三方面调整:从专业化法律人才到德法兼修的法治人才、从传统部门法学人才到新兴行业法治人才、从法学知识的传授到法治文化的传承。
The combination of artificial intelligence technology and China’s legislative,judicial,law enforcement and legal service activities has brought about changes in the legal profession.With the in-depth development of artificial intelligence application,legal education with the responsibility of cultivating legal talents under the rule of law should respond to the opportunities and challenges.In the age of artificial intelligence,the core competitiveness of legal talents lies in logical thinking,creative thinking and legal emotional recognition.The training objectives of legal talents need to be adjusted in three aspects:from professional legal talents to legal talents with both morality and law,from law talents in traditional departments to legal talents in emerging industries,from the transfer of legal knowledge to the inheritance of legal culture.
