A bronze basin of the Western Zhou Dynasty was found in M6069 at Dahekou in Yicheng. The name of the owner was inscribed inside the basin. It was deciphered as[彡兄],but its pronunciation remained unknown. After checking the bronze inscriptions of the Western Zhou period,it shows that this character has a close similarity with an inscription on the Plate of Lai.And other bronze Ding of Lai in 43 regnal year also bears the inscription with a similar character in a slight different writing style, but it can be confirmed a Chinese character dui(兑).Thus the previous interpretation is obviously improper.
