摘要
动叶片旋转做功时,叶根局部会产生应力集中现象,当最大应力超过材料最大屈服强度时,会导致动叶片断裂。本文运用ANSYS软件对动叶片分别进行数值仿真研究,研究结果表明,温度和转速是叶根产生应力的重要因素,最大应力位置会因热载荷的影响而改变。
When the rotating blade works,the stress concentration will occur at the root of the blade.When the maximum stress exceeds the maximum yield strength of the material,it will lead to the fracture of the moving blade.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to study the numerical simulation of the moving blade.The results show that temperature and rotation speed are important factors for the stress of the blade root,and the position of the maximum stress will change due to the influence of thermal load.
