阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿主要照护者焦虑状况的影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of anxiety of the main caregivers for children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿主要照护者焦虑水平及其相关影响因素分析.方法 采用一般资料问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2017年2月~2019年2月在儿科住院的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患儿主要照顾者95例进行问卷调查.结果 大多数照护者存在着焦虑情绪,照护者的经济收入、与患儿的关系、患儿的疾病严重程度及病程是照护者焦虑的主要影响因素.结论 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿主要照护者的焦虑情绪多处于中度水平,而照护者的经济收入低、与患儿的关系、患儿的疾病严重程度及病程长的照护者焦虑水平高.

Objective To explore the anxiety level of the main caregivers for children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 95 primary caregivers for children with OSAHS treated in the pediatric department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were investigated using general information questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results Most caregivers had anxiety.The main influencing factors of caregivers'anxiety were their economic income,relationship with children,disease severity and course.Conclusion The anxiety of the main caregivers in children with OSAHS is at a moderate level,while the lower economic income of the caregivers,closer relationship between the caregivers and the children,severer disease and longer disease course,the higher anxiety level of the caregivers.
