畲药活血降压通脉方干预高血压血瘀证患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Sheyao Huoxue Jiangya Tongmai Fang on carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hypertension and blood stasis syndrome

目的 观察畲药活血降压通脉方治疗高血压血瘀证伴颈动脉内中膜增厚患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2017年11月~2019年6月我院高血压血瘀证伴颈动脉内中膜增厚的患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例,对照组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压,治疗组在对照组基础上加用活血降压通脉方.观察两组在降压疗效、改善颈动脉内中膜厚度、降低LDL-C水平、中医症状积分方面的临床疗效.结果 治疗组降血压总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率84.37%,治疗组的降压疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组在降低颈动脉内中膜厚度、LDL-C方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组改善中医症状总有效率为84.37%,对照组总有效率62.50%,治疗组在改善中医症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总不良反应发生率为9.38%,对照组的不良反应发生率为6.25%,两组不良反应发生率组间对比差异无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 畲药活血降压通脉方治疗高血压血瘀证患者能够提高降压疗效,降低LDL-C水平,降低颈动脉内中膜厚度,改善中医症状,且副作用少,用药过程安全,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sheyao Huoxue Jiangya Tongmai Fang in treating patients with hypertension blood stasis syndrome and carotid intima-media thickening.Methods 64 patients with hypertension blood stasis syndrome and carotid intima-media thickening in our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets to lower blood pressure,and the treatment group was given Huoxue Jiangya Tongmai Fang based on the treatment of the control group.The antihypertensive effect,improvement of carotid intima-media thickness,reduction of LDL-C level and TCM symptom score of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 84.37%.The curative effect of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the carotid intima-media thickness and LDL-C(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improving TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 84.37%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.50%.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 9.38%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.25%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sheyao Huoxue Jiangya Tongmai Fang can improve the antihypertensive effect,reduce the level of LDL-C,reduce the carotid intima-media thickness,and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.It has fewer side effects and is safe to use.It is worthy of clinical application.
