校院联姻时期医院优化人力资源管理的特色模式 被引量:3

摘要 本文描述2017年12月安徽省立医院集团通过直属的方式成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院之后,医院人力资源管理所取得的成效.校院联姻时期作为大学附属医院其创新人力资源管理的模式主要有:一是利用大学与附属医院人才优势,形成特色办院模式;二是创新人力资源管理理念,提升医疗服务质量和水平;三是创新激励机制和内涵建设,推动人才与学科建设.该院正是利用中国科学技术大学生命科学医学部与公立医院资源整合的方式,采取一系列措施加快校院融合和双一流建设.通过优化人力资源管理措施,解决公立医院在校院联姻进程中的主要问题,形成应对策略,从而提升大学附属医院人力、财力、物力、信息资源与管理的整体运营效率,推动医院各方快速发展. This paper described the achievements of human resources management of Anhui Provincial Hospital Group since it became The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)directly under the university in December 2017.During the period of school-hospital marriage,as a university affiliated hospital,it has innovated human resources management modes in the following ways:Firstly,making use of the talent advantages of university and affiliated hospital to form a characteristic hospital management mode;secondly,innovating the concept of human resources management and improving the quality and level of medical services;thirdly,innovating the incentive mechanism and connotation construction to promote the construction of talents and disciplines.The hospital is taking a series of measures to speed up the integration of the school and hospital and double first-class construction by means of integrating the resources of Department of Life Sciences and Medicine of USTC and public hospitals.Through optimizing human resources management measures,public hospitals can solve the main problems in the process of school-hospital marriage and form coping strategies so as to improve the overall operational efficiency of human,financial,material,information resources and management in university affiliated hospitals and promote the rapid development of all parties in the hospitals.
