针刺结合核心稳定性训练治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的护理干预分析

Nursing intervention analysis of acupuncture combined with core stability training for discogenic low back pain

目的 探讨针刺结合核心稳定性训练治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的护理干预方法.方法 选取杭州市中医院针灸康复科2017年6月~2018年12月诊断为椎间盘源性腰痛患者120例,采用国际随机字母表法分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用针刺治疗及常规护理干预,实验组给予针刺治疗结合核心稳定性训练的康复护理,对两组患者的治疗护理干预效果进行比较分析,观察比较治疗前、治疗后2周、4周下腰痛(JOA)评分.结果 根据MacNab判定标准,实验组患者优良率高达93.33%,与对照组优良率为80.00%相比,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者JOA评分有显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后2周、4周实验组患者JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针刺结合核心稳定性训练治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床效果显著,配合针对性护理干预可有效降低下腰痛评分,改善症状,提高治疗恢复的优良率,值得在临床中学习和推广应用.

Objective To explore the nursing intervention methods of acupuncture combined with core stability training for discogenic low back pain.Methods 120 patients with discogenic low back pain diagnosed in the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The 120 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the international random alphabet method.The control group received acupuncture and routine nursing intervention.The experimental group was given acupuncture treatment combined with core stability training for rehabilitation nursing.The therapeutic and nursing intervention effect between the two groups were compared and analyzed.The low back pain(JOA)score before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment was observed and compared.Results According to MacNab criteria,the excellent and good rate of patients in the experimental group was as high as 93.33%,and the excellent and good rate in the control group was 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of the two groups of patients increased significantly,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The JOA scores of patients in the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with core stability training has significant clinical effect in treating discogenic low back pain.The combination with targeted nursing interventions can effectively reduce the low back pain score,improve symptoms,and improve the excellent and good rate of treatment recovery.It is worth learning and promoting in the clinic.
