迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)作为集教学与考核为一体的考评工具,在我国已经有了一定的发展基础.Mini-CEX既能充分调动学员学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,又能提升其人文关怀素养和评判性思维能力,有利于促进护患及师生之间交流的优点.Mini-CEX在我国护理学专业中的改良运用对深化护理教学改革、完善护理考核评估系统、提高护理教学水平、促进护生学习能力和实践能力具有推动作用.护理迷你临床演练评估紧密地结合护理专业特色,且同时给予即时的信息反馈,提高了评价护生临床护理能力的科学性及合理性,值得在护理学专业中推广运用.本文主要从Mini-CEX在我国护理学专业中的发展概况、Mini-CEX量表条目在护理学专业中的运用改良、评分者培训标准、在护士能力评价体系中的运用、在护理教学方法中的联合改良、改良版护理Mini-CEX的运用效果等方面进行阐述,以期为与此相关的研究提供理论参考.

Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX),as an assessment tool that integrates teaching and assessment,has a certain development basis in China.Mini-CEX not only can fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of students,but also can improve their humanistic care literacy and critical thinking ability,which is beneficial to the promotion of nurse-patient and teacher-student communication.The improved application of Mini-CEX in the nursing program in China has a promoting role in deepening the reform of nursing teaching,improving the nursing assessment system,improving the level of nursing teaching,and promoting the learning ability and practical ability of nursing students.The nursing Mini-CEX closely integrates the characteristics of nursing program,and at the same time gives instant information feedback,which improves the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation of clinical nursing ability of nursing students,and is worthy of popularization and application in nursing program.This article mainly focuses on main areas including the development of Mini-CEX in the nursing program in China,the improvement and the application of Mini-CEX scale items in the nursing program,the training standards for raters,the application in the nurse's ability evaluation system,joint improvement of the nursing teaching methods,and the application effect of the improved nursing Mini-CEX.It aims to provide a theoretical reference for the research related to this topic.
